Police rescue 11 kidnapped victims in Katsina, arrest key kidnappers in Delta with arms seized

In Delta State, operatives arrested Abubakar Hassan, a notorious kidnapping kingpin involved in coordinating a cross-state syndicate across four states, and recovered illegal firearms and ammunition.
Additionally, a routine stop on Ughelli Road led to the arrest of Obi Ezekiel and the seizure of a locally fabricated weapon and live cartridges.
Inspector-General of Police Kayode Egbetokun praised the officers’ professionalism and reiterated the force’s commitment to eliminating criminal safe havens nationwide.
