NGO Launches N50m Scholarship For JAMB Best Candidates
Image Credit: newtelegraphng- De Imperial Philanthropic Family, a Nigerian NGO, has launched a N50 million scholarship fund to support top performers in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
- The fund is self-financed by the NGO members, with no government or external sponsorship, aiming to promote education and alleviate poverty.
- The scholarship awards N500,000 each to the best student from each of Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, and N1,000,000 each to the 25 top students from the Southeastern zone.
- Selection is merit-based for students scoring above 250, with a transparent and inclusive process managed by Best Brain Contest.
