University of Health and Allied Science UHAS Cut off points are used to determine who gets admitted into University of Health and Allied Science UHAS and which course the person is offered.
In most cases, the cut off point for UHAS is to be used by a prospective student seeking to gain admission into the institution as a guide in selecting his or her courses or programmes.
The said student is to measure the UHAS Cut off points 2020 against his or her grades in order to find out whether he or she is qualified to be admitted into the particular programme of choice.
The following is the University of Health and Allied Science UHAS cut-off points to consider before applying for Admission to any academic programme available at UhAS for the 2020/2025 Academic Year.
University of Health and Allied Science UHAS Cut Off Points 2020
Details of University of Health and Allied Science UHAS Cut off points 2020. These cut-off points are only to guide us and hence are not fixed.
WASSCE / SSSCE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL PROGRAMMES
Passes (A1-C6 / A-D) in English, Core Mathematics, Integrated Science and Social Studies in addition to three elective subjects applicable to the programme of choice
(Applicants should note that they are expected to have at least C6/D in Social Studies. However, the core subjects considered for calculating their aggregates are English Language, Core Mathematics and Integrated Science)
SCHOOL OF PHARMACY (REGULAR) – HO CAMPUS
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) (6 years)
Entry Requirements:
Three categories of applicants will be admitted to pursue the programme. They are:
i. WASSCE/ SSSCE APPLICANTS
Passes (A1-C6 / A-D) in English, Core Mathematics, Integrated Sciences and Social Studies in addition to three elective subjects applicable to the programme of choice
(Applicants should note that they are expected to have at least C6/D in Social Studies. However, the core subjects considered for calculating their aggregates are English Language, Core Mathematics and Integrated Science)
ii. A – LEVEL APPLICANTS
Candidates must have the General Certificate of Education at Ordinary Level in five (5) subjects, including English and Mathematics, in addition to: Chemistry, Physics and Biology; or General Science; additionally, General Science and any other subjects plus the General Certificate of Education at Advanced Level or its equivalent in the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics.
iii. MATURE APPLICANTS
Applicants must have obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Dispensing Technology/ Pharmacy Technician Course or its equivalent from a recognized institution with at least three (3) years relevant working experience.
OR
Applicants must have attained the age of 25 years at the time of submitting the application forms AND must have five (5) credits at O-level including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Short-listed applicants must pass an interview.
SCHOOL OF BASIC AND BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES (REGULAR) – HO CAMPUS
Entry Requirements:
- WASSCE / SSSCE OR ITS EQUIVALENT
English Language, Core Mathematics and Integrated Science plus Chemistry, Physics, Biology / Elective Mathematics
(Applicants should note that they are expected to have at least C6/D in Social Studies. However, the core subjects considered for calculating their aggregates are English Language, Core Mathematics and Integrated Science)
SCHOOL OF MEDICINE (REGULAR) – HO CAMPUS
- Medical Degree (MB ChB) (6 years)
- Bachelor of Physician Assistantship (Clinical)
Entry Requirements:

English Language, Core Mathematics and Integrated Science plus Chemistry, Physics, Biology / Elective Mathematics
SCHOOL OF NURSING AND MIDWIFERY (REGULAR) – HO CAMPUS
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Bachelor of Midwifery
- Bachelor of Public Health Nursing
Entry Requirements:
- WASSCE / SSSCE OR ITS EQUIVALENT
English Language, Core Mathematics and Integrated Science plus any three (3) of the following: Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Elective Mathematics, Economics, Geography, Government, History, Christian Religious Studies or Islamic Religious Studies, Literature-in-English, French, General Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Food and Nutrition and Management in Living
