plz I didn’t received my November allowance so, I went to the metro office of nss and I was directed to regional secretariat at the regional office in tamale.so when I went they took my appointment letter and take the nss number and check it,and told me that is on process so they will paid.so I went back to home,when the december own was paid I went check it and it was one month allowance which I don’t even know whether is the November or December. when I try to access my dashboard to know whether is November or December. and I cannot access my dashboard too. plz help me to receive that one month allowance.
