Please, the steps regarding the filling of the promotion form I suggest should be looked at and re-designed. The point is, if one is filling such forms or any related form on the net, wherever one reaches and clicks on ‘save’, it is saved. Should there be any mistake, the one will be notified that there is a particular mistake here or there. Unfortunately, what do we see in the case of the promotion form’s filling? Apart from the step one where a code is given, nothing saves even if the button point ‘saved and continue’ is clicked for that action. One has to start all over again. This is very very bad. The problem exist particularly in Step 5 and step 8. The system is really uncomfortable for such a big organization please.
I also think there should be an extension of the duration for the application because though some have done it successfully, many are still encountering this problem and therefore needs to be considered as soon as practicable if possible to allow more qualified teachers to apply. In fact, some have stopped out of frustration but I think solving this problem wouldn’t be a herculean task. Kindly do something about it.
