Two young women in Tamale, Ghana, were hospitalized after a violent fight over a man, who was not present during the altercation.

The intense clash, recorded and shared widely on social media, showed the women biting and striking each other, resulting in visible injuries and blood.

Eyewitnesses explained the fight began as an argument about who had a legitimate claim to the man and escalated quickly into physical violence.

Attempts by bystanders to intervene failed until local authorities arrived to restore order.
