Thugs disrupt Sowore-led protest in Ondo amid police denial of collusion

The protesters had informed the police in advance, but no intervention was made to prevent the disruption, raising suspicions of police complicity, which the Ondo State Commissioner of Police denied.
The protest aimed to highlight citizens’ rights to democratic participation and to speak against bad governance.
Sowore and other activists vowed to continue their protest efforts despite the disruption and lack of protection.
