Super Eagles Arrive in Moscow Ahead of Historic Friendly vs. Russia on June 6
The Super Eagles of Nigeria have arrived in Moscow to prepare for their international friendly against Russia, scheduled for June 6 at Luzhniki Stadium.
Coach Eric Chelle’s team recently won the 2025 Unity Cup in London, defeating Jamaica in a penalty shootout after a 2-2 draw.
This match marks the first-ever senior-level meeting between Nigeria and Russia.
The team traveled to Russia via Morocco as they continue their preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
