Student injured, properties destroyed as rainstorm wreaks havoc in Akwa Ibom

Heavy rainfall and windstorms struck Ikot Ekpene Local Government Area in Akwa Ibom State, causing extensive damage to homes, electricity poles, and flooding streets.
A student from the Federal Government College, Ikot Ekpene was injured during the storm and received hospital care.
Ikot Ekpene LGA Chairperson Aniefiok Nkom visited affected communities to offer support and promised assistance to displaced residents.
