Sterling Bank Launches ₦2bn Scholarship to Fund Education for 600 Nigerian Youths
Sterling Bank has launched a ₦2 billion scholarship program called Beyond Education, providing fully funded private university education for 600 young Nigerians across all 36 states and the FCT.
The scholarships focus on degrees in Technology, Finance, Sales, and Public Health, with merit-based selection including public voting by Sterling account holders.
The pilot partners with Miva University, known for flexible, tech-driven education, aligning with Sterling’s broader investment in key sectors like Health and Agriculture.
This initiative emphasizes long-term national transformation beyond philanthropy, aiming to empower Nigeria’s future leaders and foster ecosystem development.
