‘Meet Me In Court’: Patience Ozokwor Denies Land-Grabbing Allegations Amid Viral Claims
Veteran Nollywood actress Patience Ozokwor has denied allegations from a widow and her daughter claiming she unlawfully took over land that belonged to their deceased husband and father.
Ozokwor clarified in an Instagram statement that she legally purchased the land in 2010, initiated by the widow who sought a buyer, and fenced it in 2023 after discovering an unauthorized attempt to resell part of the property.
The actress accused the women of blackmail and using social media to unjustly damage her reputation and garner financial support, revealing her intent to pursue legal action against the claims.
She also condemned bloggers for spreading the story without verification and thanked her supporters while affirming her resolve to settle the dispute through the courts.
