Lawyer Petitions IBEDC to Restore Power to Apete Amid Months of Darkness in Ibadan
Image Credit: dailypostKazeem Oladepo, a lawyer from Ibadan, has petitioned the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) over a prolonged power outage affecting the Apete community in Ido Local Government Area, Oyo State.
Apete, which comprises over fifty communities and hosts The Polytechnic, Ibadan, has experienced several weeks of electricity failure, causing security concerns and disrupting education.
Oladepo criticized local and national political representatives for inaction and urged IBEDC and government officials to restore power immediately to support sustainable education and community welfare.
