Investigations revealed cheating practices, including digital fraud and impersonation, leading to bans and prosecutions of problematic CBT centres and candidates.

JAMB emphasized fairness, warning against misinformation and ethnic bias claims while allowing affected candidates a mop-up exam opportunity.

The board praised its management and collaborates with security agencies to ensure exam integrity going forward.
