‘I don't understand why VDM is still detained despite Falana's intervention’- Adeyanju laments

Activist Martin ‘Verydarkman (VDM)’ Otse remains detained by the EFCC despite being granted administrative bail, with his lawyer Deji Adeyanju stating no bail documents have been received.
Adeyanju criticized the prolonged detention as unlawful, even after human rights lawyer Femi Falana intervened on VDM’s behalf.
Ongoing protests tagged ‘#Freevdm’ are taking place in Abuja and other states, demanding VDM’s release following his arrest at a GTBank branch over alleged unauthorized deductions in his mother’s account.
The situation remains contentious due to prior legal disputes involving VDM, Falana, and his son, though the defamation suit against VDM was struck out by an Ikeja High Court.
