Google has a big AI advantage: it already knows everything about you
Google is enhancing its AI model Gemini by deeply integrating user data to provide highly personalized responses.
Earlier this year, users could opt into “Gemini with personalization,” which leverages search history for tailored outputs; now Google expands this to use data from various apps with user permission.
At Google I/O, the company introduced “personal context,” letting Gemini access Gmail, Drive, and other Google services to generate responses that reflect users’ unique styles and information.
This move highlights Google’s competitive edge over AI rivals by utilizing comprehensive personal data to improve AI interaction quality.
