Fresh twist as court bars Nnamdi Kanu’s sister-in-law from 3 proceedings

The Federal High Court in Abuja has barred Favour Kanu, sister-in-law of IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu, from attending three court proceedings after she streamed court sessions live on Facebook.
Justice James Omotosho explained that Mrs. Kanu’s phone was confiscated after she was caught recording the judge without permission, an act she later admitted and apologized for.
The court underscored the importance of preventing delays and unauthorized recordings during the terrorism trial of Nnamdi Kanu.
