ASUU to renew agitation for implementation of demands as new President, Piwuna, assumes office

Professor Chris Piwuna has been elected the new President of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), set to take over from Professor Emmanuel Osodeke this week.

The union disputes government claims of meeting most demands, highlighting unresolved issues leading to a prolonged strike in 2022.
