- The operation was based on credible intelligence linking the suspects to fraudulent internet activities, commonly known as “Yahoo Yahoo.”
- Items seized include nine cars, eleven laptops, 46 mobile phones, and two smart watches, presumed to be used in the crimes.
- The suspects are under investigation and will face court charges upon completion of the probe, highlighting the EFCC’s ongoing efforts to combat cybercrime in Nigeria.
