Terrorism: Nnamdi Kanu Wanted Kogi, Benue to Join Biafra – DSS Operative Tells Court

A DSS operative testified in an Abuja court that Nnamdi Kanu, leader of IPOB, wanted parts of Kogi and Benue States to join the Biafra secession.
The testimony included a recorded statement by Kanu affirming this claim, presented as evidence by the prosecution.
Kanu’s lawyer objected to the prosecution’s submission of certain documents, citing non-receipt of copies, leading the court to order the prosecution to provide all necessary materials to the defense.
The case was adjourned to May 7 to allow the prosecution to comply with the court’s order and continue the testimony.
