ZONDA TEC GHANA LIMITED, a leader in the sale and service of heavy and light duty trucks, has vacancy for the below position of a Marketing Manager.

The successful candidate shall be responsible for managing the company’s marketing initiatives. He/She shall use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.

Role Responsibilities

• Work with the Executive team, such as the Marketing Director or Managing Director, to set the marketing strategy for the business
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, government agencies and vendors
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends and brand awareness
• Develop yearly and quarterly marketing plan and adhere to and implement company policies and procedures
• Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• A minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role and dealing with government agencies
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistical methods

Role Responsibilities

• Prospect for contracts/ business in corporate organisations and government agencies
• Produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client and produce the best possible bid for the company
• Monitor bid in order to ensure it is aligned with the organisation’S requirements
• Have a strong tendering/bidding acumen, must have the ability to coordinate all tendering and bidding processes to ensure deadlines are met.
• Create and maintain relationship with high profile clients

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree in business or any other field related to the position
• 4 years practical experience in a similar position would be an added advantage.
• Must be able to drive and have a valid driving licence. Must be used to a busy working environment.
