JOB PURPOSE

• Have overall responsibilities for the day-to-day operations of the business including profit & loss management, employee management [mentoring and training, planning, scheduling], communicating with customers, implementing growth strategies, quality controls and operational procedures and processes.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Tertiary level education in business or related field with at least 3 years relevant experience.

OR

• First degree + relevant second degree with at least 3years experience in the Banking environment.

Salary Range: GH¢1,000.00 – GH¢2,000.00
