(A Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding and Logistics Service Provider)
Location: Teiman
Job Objective
- To efficiently manage all clearing and forwarding activities and ensure that consignments are cleared and delivered to Clients on time.
Job Details
- Monitor the arrival of vessels carrying Client’s consignments
- Prepare consignment documents for Customs entry and clearance
- Ensure that Clients workorder complies with laws and regulations relating to all clearing and forwarding activities
- Work with Customs Officials and other Stakeholders to clear consignments on time
Educational Qualification
- 1st Degree in Ports and Shipping Administration. Or
- GRA Customs Division’s Proficiency Certificate. Or
- Diploma in Ports and Shipping Administration
Relevant Working Experience
- 1-3 years relevant industry experience
Skills and Attributes
- Working knowledge of a Computer (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Appreciable sense of integrity and honesty

Job Objective
- To generate correct Customs clearance documentation by the entry of consignment transaction documents into the GCNet and Customs electronic platforms, to facilitate smooth Customs clearance at the Port or any Customs controlled area.
Job Details
- Send required relevant entries into the GCNet and Customs electronic platforms to generate completed Import Declaration Forms (IDFs), Customs Classification and Verification Reports (CCVRs),Bill of Entries or Customs Declarations among others.
- Follow-up on Customs entries made to ensure that required clearing documents are generated on time.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Ports and Shipping Administration OR
- GCNet Proficiency Certificate
Relevant Work Experience
- 1-3 years relevant industry experience
Skills and Attribute
- Working knowledge of a Computer (Microsoft Office Suite)
