Heveny is designed to help adults meet new people, find meaningful connections, talk about relationships, and share real experiences.
Meeting people online can lead to great friendships and relationships, but interacting with people you do not yet know also requires good judgment.
These guidelines are here to help you connect more safely.
1. Take Your Time
You don't need to rush a connection.
Take time to:

- Establish trust gradually.
A person becoming intensely attached very quickly does not necessarily mean they are trustworthy.
You are always allowed to slow things down.

Moving immediately to:

- Telegram.
- SMS.
- Another social network.
may reduce the ability of Heveny's safety systems to assist with inappropriate behavior that occurs outside our Service.
There is nothing inherently wrong with exchanging contact information, but do it when you feel comfortable.
3. Protect Personal Information
Be thoughtful about information you share with someone you recently met.
Consider keeping information such as the following private until trust has developed:
- Home address.
- Exact workplace.
- Financial information.
- Banking information.
- Passwords.
- Verification codes.
- Identity-document numbers.
- Children's private information.
- Daily routines.
- Exact live location.
Information shared online can sometimes be copied or redistributed.
4. Never Share Passwords or Verification Codes
Heveny will never need another member to collect your:
- Password.
- OTP.
- Login code.
- Card PIN.
- Bank authentication code.
Never give another user access to your Heveny, email, social-media, or financial accounts.
5. Be Extremely Careful With Money Requests
Someone you meet through Heveny may tell you a convincing story about:
- A family emergency.
- Medical bills.
- Travel expenses.
- Business problems.
- A frozen bank account.
- Investment opportunities.
- Cryptocurrency.
- Customs fees.
- Rent.
- Phone problems.
- Transportation.
- Needing money to come and meet you.
Do not send money merely because you have formed an emotional connection with someone.
Romance scams often depend on emotional trust.
If someone you recently met repeatedly asks for money, treat it as a serious warning sign.
6. Be Cautious With Investment Opportunities
Do not assume an investment is legitimate because it was recommended by someone you are dating or interested in.
Be particularly cautious about:
- Cryptocurrency investments.
- Forex schemes.
- Guaranteed returns.
- Trading platforms.
- Investment groups.
- Requests to transfer funds on someone's behalf.
Relationships should never be used as pressure to make financial decisions.
7. Look for Consistency

Potential warning signs can include:

- Asking for money quickly.

- Pressuring you to leave Heveny immediately.
- Becoming threatening when you establish boundaries.
One unusual behavior does not necessarily prove wrongdoing, but patterns matter.
8. Verification Helps, But Isn't a Guarantee
Heveny may offer verification tools.
A verified profile means the account completed the verification process associated with that badge.
Verification does not guarantee that a person:
- Is trustworthy.
- Is single.
- Has good intentions.
- Will treat you well.
- Has accurately described every part of their life.
Continue using your own judgment.
9. Respect Consent
Consent should be:
- Freely given.
- Clear.
- Ongoing.
- Specific.
Someone can change their mind at any time.
A match, like, message, date, kiss, previous relationship, marriage, gift, or payment does not automatically create consent to anything else.
Never pressure someone into:
- Sex.
- Physical affection.
- Sending intimate photos.
- Meeting privately.
- Drinking alcohol.
- Sharing personal information.
Respect a person's “no” immediately.
10. You Do Not Owe Anyone Access to You
You do not owe another person:
- A reply.
- Your phone number.

11. Intimate Photos and Videos

- Used for blackmail.
Never share another person's intimate content without their permission.
If someone threatens to expose intimate material unless you provide money, sex, more photographs, or another benefit, do not comply merely because of the threat.
Save relevant evidence where safe to do so and report the behavior.
12. Sextortion and Blackmail
Sextortion can occur when someone obtains or claims to have intimate content and demands something in return for keeping it private.
If this happens:
- Stop engaging with threats where appropriate.
- Do not send more intimate material.
- Do not automatically send money.
- Preserve relevant evidence.
- Block the person when safe.
- Report the account to Heveny.
- Contact appropriate authorities where necessary.
Do not blame or harass people who experience this type of abuse.

Before meeting someone from Heveny in person:
- Take enough time to feel comfortable.
- Consider speaking through voice or video first.
- Tell someone you trust where you are going.
- Arrange your own transportation where possible.
- Keep your phone charged.
- Choose a public location.
- Avoid relying entirely on your date for transportation home.
A first meeting should ideally happen somewhere other people are present.
14. Share Your Plans
Consider telling a friend or family member:
- Who you are meeting.
- Where you are meeting.
- When you expect to return.
You may also choose to share the person's profile with someone you trust before meeting.
15. Control Your Transportation
Where possible, arrange transportation that you can leave with independently.
Avoid placing yourself in a situation where someone you have just met controls your only means of getting home.
16. Stay in Control of Food and Drinks
Be cautious with alcohol or other substances when meeting someone new.
Keep an eye on your drink.
Do not pressure another person to drink or consume substances.
If you feel unusually unwell, confused, or unsafe, seek help immediately.

You do not need proof that someone is dangerous before leaving an uncomfortable situation.

18. Dating Does Not Create Financial Obligation

does not create a right to:

- Affection.
- A relationship.
- Another date.
Likewise, accepting a gift does not remove your right to establish boundaries.
19. Long-Distance Connections
Long-distance connections can be genuine, but distance can also make identity deception easier.
Take additional care when someone:
- Cannot meet for a long period.
- Repeatedly cancels video calls.
- Claims constant travel emergencies.
- Asks you to finance a visit.
- Requests money for visas or tickets.
- Claims valuables are stuck with customs.
- Asks you to receive or transfer money.
Verify information independently before making financial commitments.
20. Do Not Send Money to Receive Money
Be cautious if someone asks you to:
- Pay a fee to unlock money.
- Receive funds into your account for them.
- Forward money.
- Buy cryptocurrency for them.
- Receive a bank transfer and send part elsewhere.
You may unknowingly become involved in fraud or financial crime.
21. Protect Your Home
Consider avoiding first meetings at:
- Your home.
- Their home.
- A hotel room.
- An isolated location.
Wait until sufficient trust has developed before revealing where you live.
22. Protect Children and Family Members
Avoid sharing unnecessary information about children with people you recently met.
This can include:

23. Heveny Is for Adults

24. Harassment
Repeated unwanted contact is not acceptable.

- Threatening someone for rejecting you.
- Following someone offline without consent.
Report harassment rather than retaliating.
25. Abuse and Violence
Heveny should never be used to threaten or facilitate:
- Domestic abuse.
- Sexual violence.
- Physical violence.
- Stalking.
- Coercive control.
- Revenge.
If you believe you are in immediate danger, prioritize reaching a safe location and contacting appropriate emergency services or trusted people around you.
26. Controlling Relationships
Relationship abuse is not limited to physical violence.
Potentially harmful patterns may include:
- Constant monitoring.
- Isolation from friends.
- Financial control.
- Threats.
- Forced access to devices.
- Sexual coercion.
- Humiliation.
- Manipulation.
- Intimidation.
Community advice cannot replace qualified professional or emergency help when someone's safety is at risk.
27. Meeting Someone Who Is Married or Attached
People may not always accurately disclose relationship status.
Heveny does not guarantee that another user's claims regarding:

- Separation.
- Divorce.

Do not treat every popular comment as professional advice.
For serious issues involving:
- Law.
- Health.
- Mental health.
- Abuse.
- Finance.

30. Sharing Relationship Stories
You are welcome to talk about real experiences, but protect other people's privacy.
Where appropriate:
- Remove names.
- Remove addresses.
- Avoid posting phone numbers.
- Avoid publishing private photographs.
- Avoid unnecessary identifying information.
Do not turn Heveny into a tool for revenge or public humiliation.
31. Anonymous Sharing Does Not Remove Responsibility
If Heveny provides anonymous posting, anonymity allows you to participate without publicly attaching the post to your normal profile.
It does not give permission to:
- Threaten people.
- Defame people intentionally.
- Expose private information.
- Harass people.
- Post illegal content.
Heveny may maintain internal information necessary for abuse prevention and moderation.
32. Men's and Women's Communities
Heveny may provide communities designed for specific groups.
These spaces should allow members to:
- Discuss experiences.
- Ask questions.
- Support each other.
They should not become spaces for:
- Organized harassment.
- Hate.
- Threats.
- Dehumanizing another gender.
- Sharing private information about former partners.
Community-specific access rules do not override Heveny's wider safety standards.
33. Report Suspicious Behavior
Report accounts or content involving:
- Scams.
- Fake profiles.
- Threats.
- Harassment.
- Sexual exploitation.
- Underage users.
- Impersonation.
- Blackmail.
- Non-consensual intimate content.
- Hate.
- Dangerous behavior.
Reports help us identify patterns that may not otherwise be visible.
34. Blocking
Blocking can help you stop unwanted interactions.
You do not need another person's permission to block them.
Attempting to circumvent a block through another Heveny account may violate our Community Guidelines.
35. Don't Retaliate
If someone behaves badly:
Do not:
- Threaten them.
- Publish their private information.
- Ask others to attack them.
- Create revenge posts.
- Attempt to hack their accounts.
Report and block instead.
36. Preserve Evidence When Appropriate
If you experience serious threats, scams, blackmail, or harassment, it may be useful to preserve relevant information such as:
- Screenshots.
- Usernames.
- Dates.
- Transaction references.
- Messages.
Do so only where it is safe and lawful.
This information may help Heveny or relevant authorities investigate.
37. Reports Outside Heveny
Heveny can investigate conduct occurring on our Service.
For serious behavior that may involve criminal activity or immediate safety risks, you may also need to contact:
- Appropriate law-enforcement authorities.
- Financial institutions.
- Payment providers.
- Relevant professional support services.
A Heveny report is not a replacement for emergency assistance.
38. If Someone Shares That They Are Being Abused
Respond with care.
Avoid:
- Blaming them.
- Publicly exposing them.
- Ordering them into actions that may increase danger.
- Contacting the alleged abuser on their behalf without permission.
Encourage them to prioritize safety and seek appropriate support.
39. Heveny Cannot Guarantee Another Person's Safety or Character
We may use:
- Verification.
- Moderation.
- Reporting.
- Automated detection.
- Account restrictions.
- Safety systems.
These tools can reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.
No online badge, recommendation, match score, or profile ranking should be interpreted as Heveny guaranteeing that another person is safe.
40. You Are in Control
A connection should make you feel respected.
You are allowed to:
- Say no.
- Change your mind.
- Stop replying.
- Unmatch.
- Block.
- Report.
- Leave a date.
- End a relationship.
You do not need to continue an interaction simply because it started on Heveny.
41. Help Us Protect the Community
Safety works best when members participate responsibly.
Please:
Be genuine. Represent yourself honestly.
Respect consent. Never pressure someone.
Protect privacy. Your own and other people's.
Watch for scams. Love should not require unexplained payments.
Report problems. Help us identify harmful behavior.
Meet carefully. Take sensible precautions with new people.
