Precious Minerals Marketing Corporation (PMMC) is seeking to recruit Technical Director.
Objective
• The Technical Director is responsible for managing all metallurgical and laboratory services for the organnisation, ensuring that the technical operations of the company are carried out with maximum productivity in a safe environment.
Job Description
• Monitor the methurgical systems and business process, identify and prioritise improvement opportunities and formulate alternatives and implements to systems and methods
• Develop, implement and maintain safe work procedures
• Oversee the metallurgical research and development programme and ensure new and innovative ideas are capitalise for maximum benefit
Qualification Required & Experience
• Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Served in a similar position managing a laboratory team

2. Job Title: Director of Internal Audit
Objective
• Provides strategic direction, manages and executes the Internal Audit plan and policy of the organisation.
• Coordinates specific possess to support the implement and execution of the Audit Plan, monitoring compliance, preparing and presenting audit findings and recommendations and providing assurance of compliance with statutory requirements, policies and procedures.
Job Description
• Identify and assess areas of significant business risk
• Manage resources and audit assignments
• Identify and reduce all business and financial risks
• Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in acorrdance with local and international best practice
• Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan
• Conduct ad hoc investigation into identified or reported risks
• Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to management and/ or risk committees
Qualification Required & Experience
• Degree in Financial Accounting
• 5 years of work experience in an internal audit environment
• Chartered Accountant
• Member of the CA Ghana or similar recognised
