NSS Certificate Delivery 2025/2026: How to Obtain your National Service Certificate

Successfully completed the mandatory Ghana National Service Scheme? This post will guide you on how to obtain your NSS Certificate using the NSS Certificate Delivery Portal.

Nation Service Scheme Certificates from All regions are available on the NSS Certificate Delivery Portal. Follow the following procedure to order for the delivery of your NSS Certificate.

How to Order for your NSS Certificate

For you to get your NSS certificate delivered to you, you need to fulfil the following

  1. Personnel must have successfully completed their mandatory one (1) year (12 months) National service.
  2. Personnel must have had their annual assessment form filled with a fair assessment of their performance by their immediate supervisor of Head of the User Agency where served.
  3. Assessment forms must have been submitted at the various District offices of the scheme where the Agency is located
  4. Submit your NSS Number for verification in the field below
  5. Submit your Means of Identification
  6. Fill in your details in the request form displayed
  7. Make payment for delivery using the several possible options available

Note: If the details provided on the portal does not match your details. Click on “Wrong Details, Request Correction” and submit your reasons on the page displayed.

If you cannot find your certificate, send a complaint email to certificatesupport@nss.gov.gh

I requested for my certificate abt three weeks now but have not received any email,text or call from any one and when I try tracking it the tracking history hasn’t changed from 27th November, pls can you do something abt it for me . I really need it if I can’t get the hard copy now koraa I need the soft copy. I even went to the nss office but I was told I will receive a mail so I access my soft copy but upto now haven’t seen any mail now.
