Novento Foods Recruitment 2019
(Ghana applicants only) If selected, the trainee will be paid to go through a 3-month intensiveness training program. A portion of this program is virtual (work from home), while the other portion requires the candidate to live and work in Juapong, Ghana for 6 weeks. At the end of the training program, the trainee will be evaluated and upon successful completion may be offered a full time Production Manager position. The first 6 weeks of this program will be a part time position, demanding the trainee devote 20 hours a week (Monday through Friday) and will pay 100 cedi per week. The remaining 6 weeks will be full time and will pay 200 cedi per week. The total pay for the entire program will be 1800 cedi.
If hired for the full time position, after the training program, salary will be increased to reflect increased responsibility and time commitment.
Applicants must:

Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field

Have a strong command of the English language & superior written communication skills

Have strong technical and digital literacy

Have access to a computer with reliable internet access

Have an understanding of sustainability issues

Be willing to live and work in Juapong, Ghana for the last 6 weeks of program
