1. Job Title: Creative Graphic Designer
Moxie is looking for a Creative Designer to deliver captivating, engaging and on-brand graphics and content for a variety of media.
Producing drafts and engaging design solutions (e.g. logos, images, motion graphics, video montage, illustrations, etc).
Participating in various design projects from concept to completion with an understanding of requirements as consistent with the brand.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks including ideation and development of presentations.
Ensure final deliverable are visually appealing, on-brand and fit for the intended medium and are of the correct format.
Maintains technical knowledge by reading professional publications, etc.
The candidate will work remotely at least 50% of the time but will however be disciplined to be in keeping with demands and expectations.
The Ideal Candidate:
Should be passionate and should take pride in seeing his or her work being ‘everywhere’
Should be a team player and should identify with both individual and collective wins.
Be entrepreneurial with strong sense of ownership, able to deliver on demands with little supervision
Should be able to stomach negative feedback and critique.
Have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
Have excellent communication skills
A candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
1 – 2 years experience (including internships) working in a similar role for an advertising agency would be an advantage
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe suite)
