1. Job Title: Marketing Manager
Masco Foods Limited, operators of the biggest quick service restaurants (QSR) in Ghana is looking for an experienced, dynamic and results oriented Marketing Manager.
Core Purpose of the Job
• The Marketing Manager will assume marketing responsibility for all restaurants and supervise the marketing department
• He/She will develop and protect the brand in Ghana ensuring brand standards are adhered to
Core Responsibilities
• Works with the restaurant support centre (RSC) on the development and implementation of Ghana’s marketing calendar including developing media plans while monitoring competition
• Effectively build and maintain cross functional relationships locally and with the RSC
• Develop and execute store level local store marketing (LSM) initiatives through LSM Manager also based in Accra and working closely with the KFC restaurant support centre (RSC) marketing team.
• Lead local project management for RSC led as well as locally led LTOs, innovations and packaging projects working with local and RSC cross functions teams
• Ownership of the local brand responsibility
• Own and manage social media including Google my business
• Manage and have a sound understanding and experience in creative artwork
• Strategically planning campaigns to ensure the brand has an edge on the market
• Designing with his or her team complying brand standard artwork as per brand standard library
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum HND or First Degree in Marketing, an MBA in marketing and membership of CIMG is an added advantage with minimum of 5 years working experience in brand management typicalyl at assistant brand manager level and in an international or local large FMCG
