1. Job Title: HVAC Service Engineer
Mandilas Group Limited is recruiting for the position listed below for its Ghana subsidiary. Mandilas Ghana Limited activities include Engineering / Air-conditioning Sales, Installation and Service
We seek to recruit individuals with strong professional and academic credentials with cognate years of experience who will deliver value to stakeholders.
Title: HVAC Service Engineer
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry out site inspections, job evaluation and planning
• Represent the company in site meetings with clients.
• Commission HVAC equipment as required.
• Ensure all repair orders are signed by clients for all completed jobs a. Initiate the Closing out of repairs order with Client Service Officer.
• Establish and ensure full adherence to procedures for preventive maintenance Responsible for the movement of required equipment to site and safety briefings to team members.
• Responsible in ensuring that scope of work meets clients’ expectations. Maintain good working relationships with clients
• Perform other functions as may be requested by the HVAC Sales and Service Manager
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience in similar job roles
• A postgraduate degree in a related discipline will be an added advantage

2. Job Title: Accounts & Administrative Officer

The ideal candidate will manage the administrative and accounting functions of thee company
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with general office administration, which iIncludes filing of documents and processing of forms
• Responsible for preparing and keeping of financial records such as the general ledger, payroll, records, budget preparation and implementation, daily expense records etc.
• Carry out account reoeivable and payable tasks.
• Maintain accurate bank records of cash withdrawals and deposits
• Generate periodic financial reports
• Manage clients’ accounts with the company and ensure payments are made on due dates
• Coordinate approved recruitment exercises and training programmes
• Conduct onboarding programmes for new hires
• Assist in assigning tasks, evaluating performance and recommending appropriate rewards.
• Perform other functions as may be requested by the HVAC Sales and Service Manager.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience In similar job roles
• Professional certification will be an added advantage

• Install, maintain and repair mechanical/electrical components
• Accurately read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
• Perform general mechanical maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems using appropriate testing device
• Repair and replace equipment , electrical wiring or fixtures
• Perform functions as may be requested by HVAC Service Engineer
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in the similar job roles

4. Job Title: HVAC Sales and Service Manager
We seek to recruit individuals with strong professional and academic credentials with cognate years of experience who will deliver value to stakeholders.
Title: HVAC Sales and Service Manager
The successful candidate will load team members in the installation, repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. The role reports to the General Manager, Air con.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee product design, engineering development and ova.ate work en assigned pro)ects
• Evaluate market segments, assess competitive dynamics and anticipate market trends
• Identify and evaluate business expansion and improvement opportunities and ensure the development of required plans to harness identified opportunities.
• Generate new HVAC contracts for installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of chillers, Air-handling units, package units, central air-conditioning systems, VRF systems and splits units.
• Maintain electronic databases of inspections and maintenance.
• Develop pricing standards and measures in collaboration with the GM, Aircon for all engineering services
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant Government bodes and agencies
• Collaborate with the GM, Aircon to identify viable business development and growth opportunities
• Generate periodic reports for the GM, Air con
• Support the implementation and facilitation of relevant workshops and training courses for team members
• Monitor and stay abreast of industry, local and global developments, trends, competitive threats and internal performance across the department.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by the GM, Aircon
Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanic or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of fifteen years relevant experience in the management of HVAC service and maintenance
• Must be versatile and deeply knowledgeable of Ghana’s HVAC market
• Must be able to break into the Ghanaian market with Mandilas’ HVAC Products and services
• Relevant professional certifications.
• A postgraduate degree in a related discipline will be an added advantage
