1. Job Title: Operations and Factory Manager
Our client, an Agro-Business Organisation in Techiman is seeking results-oriented individuals to lead and manage its operations effectively. Thorough knowledge and experience in the manufacturing industry is critical.
Job Title: Operations and Factory Manager
Purpose:
• To coordinate and oversee the running of its new slate-of the art ultra-modern factory, and general technical operations. And to formulate strategy and improve performance.
Qualification Required & Experience
Educational/Professional Qualification/Experience
• Proves work experience of 5 years (minimum) as Factory and Operations Manager troth similar job/ industry
• Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent communication and Public relations skills
• Leadership ability; Outstanding organisational skills
• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
• Good knowledge of Agro-industry standards regulations; FDA, GSA, etc.
• Should be below 40 years of age
• IT/ Computer literate, Driving Skills & License, Travel experience, French/ German Fluent (a plus)

Purpose:

• Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• BSc/BA in Agri-business Management or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred

3. Job Title: Senior Cost Accountant
Purpose:
• To be responsible for direct activities of product costing, product manufacturing analysis, and inventory valuation, and act as advisor to senior management.
Qualification Required & Experience
Educational/Professional Qualification/Experience
• About five (5) years of proven Accounting work experience from similar job/ industry preferably in an FMCG industry.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Food industry experience a plus Hands on ERF experience preferred 5+ experience; cost accounting preferred
• Must have experience, especially with inventory evaluation; Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinion
• Strong grasp of SAGE-ERP accounting software concept
• Extremely strong Excel skills, especially advanced financial modelling and analytical techniques
• Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate complex processes
• Age range: below 40 years
• People relations skills

4. Job Title: Senior Manager, Business Development
Job Summary
• He/She will be responsible for researching, identifying. developing, packaging and cultivating products and concepts for potential donors, including institutional and corporate donors as well as trusts, foundations, and philanthropies.
• He/She will advise WAGs SNIT in managing the effective implementation of the Country Programme’s Funding Strategy to support WaterAid’s work in delivering sustainable Water. Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) services in Ghana in partnership with other development actors.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
• Lead and develop a business development strategy and an action plan based on the existing donor scoping and funding plan
• Implement a programme funding strategy, based on sustainable income growth for WaterAid Ghana to deliver its WASH objectives
• Support the development of high-quality bids for submission to donors;
• Lead on continuous donor scoping and relationship building, gathering and shanng intelligence
• Management of bid development processes for technical/narrative proposal and budgets.working closely with Programme and Finance Teams; and
• Maintain an overview of all grants, follow-up implementation reporting timelines and ensuring compliance with grant agreements and contractual obligations.
Qualification Required & Experience
To be successful you’ll need:
• Master’s degree in International Development. Institutional Development, Business Management / Administration, or related fields.
• Strong experience in programme funding from institutional donors such as the EU, DFID, USAID, DANIDA etc.. raising and managing funds from UN Agencies such as UNDP and UNICEF and development partners managing relationships with the Government of Ghana and Civil Society Organisations in Ghana. Good knowledge of international development, West Africa and Africa in general. with at least five years of experience at senior management level in Ghana.
In addition:
• Excellent communication, presentation, representation, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to initiate and co-ordinate fundraising efforts and work effectively with a wide variety of partners and disciplines.
• Diplomatic and multi-cultural skills.
• Proven skills in leadership and team management, negotiation, liaison and relationship and conflict management.
• Strong skills in proposal and report writing from experience of working with international donors.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills. Adaptable, flexible, able to take initiative and prioritise among competing demands.
• Creative writing skills – introducing innovations.
