Job Vacancy For Database Administrator
Role Purpose
• Responsible for the design and management of the organisation’s database architecture to ensure secure access and availability in accordance with business needs
Responsibilities
• Manage the organisation’s database technologies and associated schemas to allow secure, efficient and effective access to the organisation’s structured data
• Review and revise processes and procedures to enhance efficiency of access to users and systems
• Plan and implement regular system upgrades to enhance service continuity and user experience
• Create and manage multiple databases and assist in capacity planning
• Monitor, maintain database systems and troubleshoot and fix problems that may arise
• Support software developers with database operations including the development of complex SQL, tuning of DML and creation of stored procedures
• Setup and maintain database infrastructure for the company’s BI needs
• Learn relevant business processes and understand the data flow, criticality and dependencies
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders (internal teams and vendors)
• Responsible for providing support in testing and deployment of new components
• Responsible for health checks, tablespace and log management
• Backup & Recovery
• Responsible for providing support across the database systems
• Accountable for documentation of all changes across the database systems
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with Oracle & SQL Server database administration & support
• Ability to work well in a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment

Job Vacancy For Head, Legal
GT Bank is looking to fill the following vacancy: Head, Legal
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee the activities of the Legal Unit to ensure general compliance of the Bank with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide legal advice on various aspects of law affecting the Bank
• Represent and/or review facility and security agreements while ensuring adequate protection of the Bank’s interest
• Manage the resolution of disputes as well as relationships with external solicitors
• Assist with company secretarial duties as and when required
Qualification Required & Experience
The successful candidates should have:
• Been called to the Ghana Bar
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of a Second Class Lower
• Relevant working experience
The ideal candidate must:
• Be a team player and possess good communication, regotiation and analytical skills
• Command presence, demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment capabilities, integrity, professionalism, resilience and be self-driven

Job Vacancy For Information Risk Management Officer
GT Bank is looking to fill the following vacancy: Information Risk Management Officer
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Job Summary
• The Information risk Management Officer coordinates information systems assurance of the bank to ensure availability of the bank’s information processing systems and programs and provide assurance of systems reliability and integrity/quality of information assets
• S/he periodically leads applications control reviews, IT/IS compliance audits and investigations in the bank
Responsibilities / Duties
• Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to secure the Bank’s computing network
• Coordinate/Perform vulnerability assessments and intrusion/penetration tests on technology platforms to ensure the effectiveness of existing controls
• Collaborate with management and the IT department to improve information security
• Investigate, track and conclude security incidents that have occurred within the Bank
• Provide technical information security expertise to technical staff to ensure that the requisite level of security is implemented in all technology assets and projects
• Enhance the protection and resilience of the Bank’s systems and operations
• Improve the integrity of the Bank’s products and services by establishing infrastructure for testing and validation of security of these products and services
Qualification Required & Experience
• First Degree from an accredited institution relevant professional certification – CISA, CISM, CISSP
