1. Job Title: Manager of 2nd Category (Estimator)
The Role:
– regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulating
production and economic, financial and economic activities of the Partnership;
– regulations, instructions and other internal documents of the Partnership,
within the competence of the Department;
– principles of business planning and budgeting, budget process;
– financing methods and operating principles of financial instruments;
– organization of financial work in the Partnership;
– principles of accounting and forms of financial reporting.
Charge:
– collection and processing of data for the annual budget and business plan of the Partnership;
– implementation of monthly monitoring of the implementation of the Partnership budget;
– formation of operational reports on the main indicators of the Partnership;
– cost estimates;
– implementation of daily monitoring of the cash flow of the Partnership;
– implementation of work on the preparation of the register of payments of the Partnership;
– preparation of information and analytical materials on cash flows on the accounts of the Partnership;
– analysis of financial and economic activities of the Partnership;
– analysis of reduction and optimization of expenses of the Partnership;
– participation in ongoing audits, inspections and auditing of the Partnership; -the fulfillment of the current tasks of the immediate leadership;
– knowledge and compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal rules and regulations of the Partnership in the field of safety and labor protection, fire and industrial safety, environmental protection;
