    My name is Michael Mensah, an FBNBank account holder with account no. 0153010057202.
    On June 11, 2019, I tried redrawing from an FBNBank's ATM and unfortunately, my money got stacked in the machine. Thus, after going through all the process such as selecting the account type, the amount to redraw, etc, then all of a sudden, there was an information appearing on the ATM's screen which reads "OUT OF SERVICE. PLEASE VISIT ONE OF THE OTHER FBNBANK GHANA LIMITED ATM CENTERS".

    I made this complain to my branch, Korle-bu branch and was told that the transaction will reverse itself within 24hrs since its from our own ATM.

    The amount got deducted with the slip.
    Its been two(2) and a half month since I was told the transaction will reverse itself. Anytime I go there, I will be told they are working on it. To the extent that I was told "the person to do it for you has been transferred".

    Its been two(2) and a half months since I started following up. While I was told that it may externally take less than forty-five(45) days.Today is 14th August, 2019, and I have still not got my money back.
    Please help me
