I bought College of Education form for my ward. The options given for the purchase included Mobile Money payment. All day 27th and 28th November 2020, I tried to make purchase by the MoMo option and always got feedback as transaction fail. Monday 30th November 2020 atabout 8am, I was able to make payment by MoMo but got no login details. At 1pm I went to the CBG to buy the login details, that is after I have already paid by MoMo and got nothing.
I got the details, rushed to a nearby Internet cafe with my ward to complete the application. At the result verification stage I got feedback as insufficient balance. I called an MTN number on the College of Education website but number was busy for time unend.
I got to know why the result verification was not successful and it was because the College did not make the necessary provision for it. We could therefore not complete the application before the deadline.
I do not think the College should be selling forms to us when it knew we could not process our application. The College was supposed to facilitate the application and that didn’t happen.
I am very hurt by the College’s action and I intend to seek remedy for this action.
I believe there are thousands of others who were robbed in this manner.

I have read so many articles about the blogger lovers except this article is really a pleasant post, keep it up.
It’s like the admission is based on protocol. Since qualified applicants know nobody in their institutions of choices they were not given admission. If that is not the case on the other hand, why did they sell the forms to that number of people which they cannot admit? And even keeping on extending the closing date ?
You are really making a lot of sense here my broda. I qualified for all the requirements but yet did gain admission to College in my own region. Isn’t this painful?
