NNPC Reports N748 Billion Profit in April Amid Pipeline Progress and Production Updates
Image Credit: premiumtimesngNigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) reported a profit after tax of N748 billion for April 2025, highlighted in its latest monthly report.
The company recorded crude oil and condensate production at 1.6 million barrels per day and natural gas production at 7,473 million standard cubic feet per day, with upstream pipeline availability at 97%.
The Obiafu-Obrikom-Oben Gas Pipeline project reached 95% completion, and the Ajaokuta–Kaduna–Kano Natural Gas Pipeline project is 70% complete, with ongoing technical interventions to address operational challenges.
Refinery operations at Port Harcourt, Warri, and Kaduna are currently under review, while upcoming investments include various development projects and a fertilizer initiative for 2025.
