Aviation Profile and Security Services is looking to recruit Security Services is seeking to recruit Cargo Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Plan and allocate/delegate work appropriately and take responsibility
•   Supervise, motivate and develop staff, to ensure effective team working
•   Write monthly Reports and be responsible for all equipment

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of First Degree with a Psychology background from a reputable University
•   A minimum of 2 years work experience preferably in the Cargo field

Competencies:

•   Mustt be a highly motivated person with the ability to inspire his/her subordinates
•   Must have the ability to work to tight schedules
•   Must have good writing and communication skills
•   Must have high sense of integrity and morality
•   Must have good analytical skills
•   Must have excellent managerial and leadership skills
•   Must be a team player
•   Must be proactive and results-oriented
