1. Job Title: Country Manager
Summary
• The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management of the business which include but not limited to development of growth plans and new business.
Main Duties
• Lead, develop and implement operational plans ie Sales & Business Development activities
• Lead, develop and implement brand strategies and sales campaigns
• Provide periodic business overview reports to management
Qualification Required & Experience
• Preferably a bilingual (English/French speaking) Ghanaian willing to relocate
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and understanding of the Burkinabe business environment
• Previous experience in Technical Sales environment
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision and able to lead teams
• Possess presentation, problem solving, analytical and planning skills
• Ability to work with Business Resource Planning systems
• Must possess an engineering degree. A post graduate degree in Business Management shall be an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years experience

2. Job Title: Technical Sales & Services Manager
Main Duties
• Actively participate & contribute to the process of achieving profitable sales to drive sales growth
• Develop strategies to leverage the value proposition to sell at a premium
• Provide regular market assessments as it relates to our competition’s value proposition, innovations and activities
• Assess WIN’s & LOSS’s analytically and provide feedback towards product innovations and improvements, sales strategies and methodologies
• Build and sustain long-term relationships that reinforce and support the client’s purchase decision throughout the sales cycle
• Conduct presentations / site demonstrations for potential clients
• Perform general duties as assigned and assist in other areas as workload requires
Qualification Required & Experience
• Experience in Sales / Business Development with demonstrable records
• Experience with customer mapping and sales forecasting
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Enterprise Resource Planning Software
• Exceptional Customer Service orientation and communication skills
• Graduate Degree in Engineering and/or Business Management

Main Duties
• Establish with Management, Business KPIs and ensure Growth, both in sales & territory
• Monitor sales & financial data and recommend solutions that will improve sales & profitability
• Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
• Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
• Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
• Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
• Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
• Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
Qualification Required & Experience
• Previous experience in Operations, Sales, Sourcing and Logistics
• Experience with Forecasting, Material Planning, Forwarding and Customs clearing
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Enterprise Resource Planning software
• The ability to interpret Financial data and allocate budgets
• Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills
• Graduate Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management and/or Engineering field
