Qualification Required & Experience
• Educator or Instructional Designer with at least 5 years of experience
• PhD is a must for the designation of Dean, otherwise, the designation will be the Director.
• Experience with curriculum enhancements, outcome-based education, experiential and student-centred learning is required

A minimum of 5 years high-quality academic publications in high-impact peer-reviewed journals and a minimum of two national/international conference presentations are also required
