UEW 1st Semester Registration Guidelines – 2016/17
University of Education, Winneba, UEW First Semester Registration for Undergraduate and Postgraduate student for the 2016/2017 academic year.
University of Education, Winneba Registration for the 2016/2017 1st Semester will be done on a departmental basis at the various departments for undergraduate students and at the Graduate Computer Laboratory in the Pecku Building – North Campus for Post-Graduate Students.
The registration dates which are non-negotiable are as follows:
UEW Undergraduate Students
29th August – 2nd September, 2016 Registration for Levels 100 & 400
5th – 9th September, 2016 Registration for Levels 200 & 300
12th – 16th September, 2016 Registration Mop-up (All Levels)
26th – 30th September, 2016 Adding & Dropping of Courses
3rd – 14th October, 2016 Registration with fines
UEW Graduate Students
29th August – 30th September, 2016 Registration for Levels 700 – 900
3rd – 14th October, 2016 Registration with fines
Procedure:
- Pay your fees in full via transflow at any of the University’s partner banks
- go through a Financial Verification before the registration dates at the following locations:

- After registration you would be given a registration printout

- The registration process is completely free. If you are asked to pay any money for registration, please report immediately to your Head of Department or Deputy Registrar Academic Affairs
- The Registration dates are non-negotiable
- If you are unable to pay your fees in full see the Student Support Services Office under Treasury at the Main Administration block
